SHIPPING

How much does shipping cost? Shipping is FREE for orders that are £100.00 or more for the United Kingdom only. All items ship within 5 working days of purchase (OR on any order that includes prescription, approximately 8-14 business days to ship). All packages are shipped via Tracked & Signed 24 by Royal Mail.

For orders under £100.00:

- United Kingdom £3.95
- International: £19.99

SHIPPING TO AN ADDRESS OTHER THAN BILLING ADDRESS

Due to the risk of fraud associated with credit card purchases, we only ships to shipping addresses that match the billing address at the time of purchase. We do recognize that there may be a reason for customers to have an option of shipping their package to an alternate address. If you need to have your package shipped to an alternate address than your billing address, we will require that you contact us directly before placing your order at which point you can discuss your situation with us.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Any frame that is returned must be in an unworn condition in conclusive of all of its original packaging within 7 days of receipt. Shipping costs are not refundable and it is the buyers responsibility for their own return shipping cost. We will not be held responsible for lost return shipments, so please ensure that all returns are shipped using a method that provides both tracking and insurance.

After 7 days, all shipments will need return approval from us and we will charge a 10% restocking fee per day after. This will be deducted from your store credit amount.

 

What happens if I receive faulty or damaged frames?

We look after and check each of our frames before they are securely packaged to ensure that you will receive them in excellent condition. However, if there is any damage to the frame, please contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve this..

Will I get a full refund?

We do not offer nor honour refunds online. We only apply store credit.

Once we receive your return, it is inspected to ensure that they are in the original condition that we sent them with all original packaging. We shall then send you an email notifying you that we have received your return.


If you return has been approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your store account, minus shipping charges and any costs that we may incur for the returned goods. There are no exceptions to our 7 day return policy.

We can not refund or credit Single-Vision Prescription or Non-Prescription lenses made by us at your request online. Lenses are final sale once cut to the frame.
