Be mindful when shopping for glasses online. We are trained and experienced professionals and can help guide you to your perfect frame. All of our glasses are handmade in limited quantities. Each frame is as unique and individual as the wearer that wears them..
If you are unsure, we are here to help guide you on the correct fit and proportion. Most frames need adjustments for a personalized fit and very rarely fit perfectly “off the shelf”. If you are not local to one of our locations, you can upload or email a photo of yourself and we can make alterations to ensure a comfortable fit.
Shipping
Most orders are shipped within 5 business days unless otherwise specified, you will receive a shipment notification and tracking information. If your order is delayed beyond this, we will contact you with an updated ETA.

- Europe: £19.99 - (3-5 business days)
- USA & Rest of world: £39.00 - (5-7 business days)
The Optical Gallery ships from the UK. Duties and taxes may apply if you place an order from outside the UK. We shall not be liable for duties or taxes. Please be well informed before you place an order.
Return Policy
All returns require an approval before we will refund or exchange your items. To have your return approved, send an email within 14 days of receiving the undesired order to info@opticalgallery.co.uk. In this email, please include your name, order number and reason for the return.
If a refund is desired, all frames approved for return must be received by us in unworn condition and in original packaging within 7 days of return approval. Any approved returns received after this period will be eligible for store credit only, not including the 10% restocking fee that we charge daily, after the 7-day approved return time window.
All return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer making the return and will not be reimbursed. To ensure safest arrival, please select a carrier and shipment option that provides adequate insurance and tracking information.
Please keep in mind before purchasing that we do no offer returns or exchanges for orders that we have shipped Internationally or sent in any way outside the U.K.
Privacy
The Optical Gallery collects express consent for email subscriptions & messaging. This express consent excludes emailing originator opt-in data and consent, and this information will not be shared by us with any third parties.
Our website uses cookies to help keep track of items you put into your shopping cart including when you have abandoned your cart. This information is used to determine when to send cart reminder messages via email.
