We're looking for someone to join that team. Someone confident, curious, and people-focused. Someone who gets excited by the idea of helping someone find that pair of glasses, the one they never want to take off.
🎯 Who we’re looking for:
- A qualified Dispensing Optician or experienced Optical Assistant
- OR… maybe you're not qualified yet, but you know you’re made for this. If you’ve got great energy, attention to detail, and love the idea of building a career in styling and optics — we’ll provide full in-store training.
- Passionate about fashion, individuality, and service
- Obsessed with getting the details right, from frame fits to lens choices
- Someone who thrives in a boutique environment with a close-knit team
- Saturday availability is essential
- Bonus points if you're comfortable with email, databases, or socials (but not a dealbreaker)
👁️ What you’ll be doing:
- Dispensing optical and prescription eyewear
- Styling clients in independent, vintage, and niche collections
- Supporting lens choices, orders, adjustments and fittings
- Learning from a team with serious experience, and lots of flair
- Being part of the wider Optical Gallery brand, including events, collaborations, and content creation
