Can I send you a frame I purchased somewhere else?
Absolutely.
In fact, many of our clients already own exceptional eyewear purchased from specialist boutiques or collectors around the world.
Whether your frame is from AHLEM, Matsuda, Jacques Marie Mage, Chrome Hearts, Cartier, DITA, Theo, Kuboraum or another brand, Lens Art® is designed to create bespoke lenses worthy of the frame you already love.
Do I need to visit you in person?
Not at all.
Many Lens Art® commissions begin remotely.
We'll arrange a complimentary consultation by video or phone, discuss your frame, prescription and ideas, then guide you through the next steps.
When the design has been finalised, simply send your frame securely to us and we'll complete the commission before returning it to you.
Can you make prescription lenses?
Yes.
We create bespoke:

Can I combine tints with photochromic lenses?
Yes.
One of the things Lens Art® is known for is combining multiple technologies into a single bespoke design.
Depending on your requirements, we may recommend combinations including custom tints, gradients, photochromic technologies, mirror finishes and specialist coatings.
Every recommendation is individually designed rather than selected from a standard catalogue.
Which lens manufacturers do you work with?
Lens Art® is independent.
We carefully select the most appropriate lens technologies and manufacturing partners for each individual commission.
This allows us to recommend the solution that best suits your prescription, your frame and the visual experience you're looking to create.
I don't know exactly what I want. Is that a problem?
Not at all.
Most clients begin with an idea rather than a finished specification.
The consultation is designed to help explore colours, lens technologies and visual possibilities before arriving at a recommendation together.
Can you reglaze vintage or collector frames?
Yes.
Many of our clients entrust us with collector, vintage and independent eyewear where preserving the character of the frame is just as important as the lenses themselves.
Every frame is individually assessed before work begins.

Lens Art® grew from a simple idea: if someone has taken the time to find an exceptional frame, why should the lenses be treated as an afterthought?
Every commission is personally designed around the individual, their lifestyle and the frame they have chosen to wear.
My role is not simply to recommend lenses. It is to create eyewear you will genuinely enjoy experiencing every day.
