Returns & Exchanges
Returns are subject to a £40 restocking fee unless agreed otherwise.
Please contact us at info@opticalgallery.co.uk before returning any item.
- Returns must be authorised prior to sending
- You have 14 days from delivery to return your item
- Items must be in original condition, with all packaging included
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for lost returns

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 7 working days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, and you will receive confirmation via email once completed.
Important Information
- Items must be returned in perfect condition, with original packaging and documentation
- Any items returned without authorisation may be refused
Non-Returnable Items
- Sale items are final and cannot be refunded or exchanged
- Customised lenses, prescription orders, and bespoke “Lens Art” pieces are non-refundable
