How to prepare
Eyes
- Bring your current glasses/sunglasses and latest prescription (if you have one).
- Contact lens wearers: bring lenses/case; remove lenses ~2 hours before eye test if possible. For contact lens exams please have lenses in for at least 2 hours prior.
- Bring NHS exemption details (if applicable) and photo ID.
- Arrive 5 minutes early for OCT/longer appointments.
For Earwax removals please use oil drops (we recommend Earol you can purchase this instore) for at least 4 days before.

Standard Prescriptions up to 14 days. Bespoke/Lens Art varies—ask in-store.
